Worldwide Shipping & Customs
Global Delivery & Safety
We ship our chessboards and clocks worldwide from Poland, with extreme care. Our pieces have safely reached collectors in the USA, Singapore, Argentina, UK, Norway, Ukraine, and throughout Europe. Every order is packed securely to arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Shipping Costs & Customs Duties
Your exact shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout — no need to contact us first. For a growing number of destinations, we've also taken care of import duties on our side, so what you see at checkout really is the final price, with nothing more to pay when your order arrives.
Where this isn't yet the case, standard customs rules may apply depending on your country — this is shown clearly before you pay, never as a surprise later. If you're ever unsure, or ordering something unusually large or heavy, just ask us — we're happy to check and confirm before you order.
Returns & Satisfaction
Returns & Satisfaction
We strive for 100% satisfaction.
As an art workshop, we want you to love your chess set. However, please note the distinction between our products:
- Bespoke & Personalized Items: Because these pieces are crafted specifically to your order (custom size, wood, engraving), they are not eligible for return. They are made exclusively for you.
- Standard Items: Regular products can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. In this case, the buyer covers the return shipping costs.
Any issues?
Before you worry about regulations, simply contact us directly. We are people, not a corporation, and we solve problems amicably.

BOARD ChessboArt800 First Edition — Walnut & Ash Wall Chessboard
Couldn't load pickup availability
First Edition. A collector-grade, wall-mounted chessboard in solid American walnut and heartwood ash — fully playable on the wall, with documented exhibition history. Offered as the board only (pieces sold separately).
A First Edition with a Story
This ChessboArt800 First Edition is not a “variant” — it is the exact board that travelled with us to Budapest and was presented during the Global Chess Festival. It represents what ChessboArt is about: chess designed to live in real interiors — ready for a move, even when the game is paused.
Visually, this edition is defined by a calm, architectural contrast: walnut margins with the colors intentionally reversed, and light squares made from heartwood ash. The result is warm, balanced, and built to belong in homes, clubs, restaurants, libraries, and curated public spaces.
Designed to Be Played — Vertically
Behind the quiet look sits a serious engineering system. This is a full-size vertical chessboard built for real play and analysis — not a decorative panel. A concealed magnetic structure supports stable placement and clean alignment during vertical play.
- Wall-mounted & always accessible — made to live in the room, not in a case
- Stable vertical play with a refined “snap” feel when pieces land correctly
- Readable, professional proportions — designed by a chess player for chess players
First Edition — Documented Provenance
First Edition pieces are reserved for boards with a real, documented journey — boards that were part of public presentation, exhibitions, or cultural settings. This particular board was shown in Budapest during the Global Chess Festival, as part of our ongoing effort to present chess in a more beautiful, physical way — not as advertising, but as something that belongs in space.

— you'll reach me,
FM Michał Fudalej — FIDE Master, chess player, and the person who designs, builds, and inspects every board before it leaves the workshop.
Every ChessboArt piece passes through one pair of hands — mine. That's not a limitation. That's the whole point.
