Transform your ChessboArt set in a split second — and now, transform it twice. We've rebuilt our magnetic overlay system from the ground up: an industrial ferromagnetic steel core sandwiched between two solid wood veneers, one on each face. It's no longer just a frame you add — it's a frame you can flip, giving your board a completely different identity in seconds, without touching the chessboard itself.
Forget about screws or glue. Because magnets are embedded across the entire playing surface of your board — not just around the edges — the frame's ferromagnetic steel core locks on flush and perfectly aligned, every time. There's no visible gap, no hardware, no obvious sign it's removable. It simply looks like part of the board — until you know it's just one magnetic click away from a different face.
Because the steel core is now clad in wood on both sides, one frame gives you two completely independent personalizations. Keep your everyday face on display — a club crest, a sponsor's logo, your name — and flip it over for a tournament, an anniversary, a round of autographs, or a holiday message. Same board, same frame, a different story each time you turn it around.
Every frame is made to order. For each side, choose a wood species and tell us what to engrave.
